Folgendes Statement zum Thema "Wire Daisies" kam von Jim Beach rein. "Wire Daisies" ist eine Band mit Treana Morris, die man von Rogers Solo-Album "Electric Fire" kennt. Diese Band hat seit gestern ihre erste EP in England auf dem Markt:

When Queen’s drummer Roger Taylor rang me up to say that he’d found a singer in a pub in Cornwall who he wanted to take on tour with him, I realised that he must have heard somebody special. The singer that he had heard was Treana Morris and she duly went out on tour with Roger singing some lead vocals with him, including an incredible version of "Under Pressure" and some backing vocals. I then introduced Treana to my son Ols who was just finishing studying music under the renowned Swiss jazz pianist Thierry Lang at the Montreux Jazz Conservatoire. Treana and Ols then started writing together and the result is the band Wire Daisies.
The new online record label Transistor Project in the UK is releasing the first EP of Wire Daisies’s songs on Monday 12th July. Please help us go for a Music Week chart position by downloading this EP from www.wiredaisies.com between 12th and 16th July. No multiple downloads by one person are allowed under the chart rules. Seit gestern gibt es auch in Deutschland alle Queen CDs im Cardboard-Sleeve. Das interessante ist die Tonqualität der CDs, denn es handelt sich um die in 2001 in Japan neu abgemischten und digital überarbeiteten CDs, die sich durch einen sehr guten Klang auszeichnen. Weitere Infos dazu in Kürze.
